U.S. shipping
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $29 or more include free tracked U.S. shipping. A single Mini Porter ordered on its own ships for $7.95; the Mini Porter two-pack qualifies for free tracked U.S. shipping.
Processing and delivery
Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours. Standard tracked delivery is generally 5–7 business days after dispatch. Your checkout and tracking email provide the most current estimate.
Tracking
Tracking is sent to the email used at checkout when your order is dispatched. Carrier scans can take a short time to appear.
Address changes and delays
Contact us as quickly as possible if an address needs correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Carrier delays and severe weather may affect delivery timing after an order leaves our facility.
